Thomas: As I mentioned to Michael I installed the 3.2.12 debian packages from scratch so shouldn't it install a 3.2.12 NFSroot? I then upgraded with the 3.2.13 debain packages and re-ran fai-setup, which re-created the NFSroot. If not, what places should I check to make sure that it does?

Maybe you install server and the nfsroot are using different source.list files. Please check again your nfsroot.
