Can you uninstall+reinstall httrack-doc and webhttrack and wheck if the
problem is fixed ?
# apt-get remove --purge webhttrack httrack-doc
[...]
# apt-get install webhttrack httrack-doc
[...]
# ls -l /usr/share/doc/httrack/html
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 18 2008-01-28 21:57 /usr/share/doc/httrack/html
-> ../../httrack/html
now it is ok
