xorg and cinnamon don't seems to have issue from logs, GsPluginMalcontent and blueman errors should not be related
have you tried with the wayland session? even if incomplete and experimental (in cinnamon)
given that the xorg logs don't report any problems and if you don't have any problems with other DEs (so we're probably ruling out hardware problems), also given that when it happens to you it seems like a problem with compositor, muffin, but it's more difficult to debug there and I don't know what to advise at the moment
