I sent the mails from a git checkout from 3.145. 3.144 is in unstable, 3.145
is being worked on at the moment.
First, which branch are you working on? This would help me better understand
the problem:
I am working on master. It might eventuall move to debian/latest
post-trixie depending on the status of the appropriate DEP.

Most of those dont exist any more in the Salsa repository.
git remote prune origin will remove all those.
So - send a kind mail to the translators with the proper files. Yes,
this is 25 mails with a short text to the respective addresses (you
could use podebconf-report-po again for this task, but then the yet
unknown bug might occur again).
Done. This time I checked one of the attachments in the generated
postpone mailbox before sending.
