I am not a native speaker as well, but the second variant is what I
would write. Respectively in those two places has distinct meanings, as
explained in https://www.wikihow.com/Use-Respectively-in-a-Sentence

Not quite. It is more like "entsprechend" if used in the last part of a
sentence. That word is used inflationary in germen technical docs, but
in the place it would actually be correct.
