Hi. I've applied the patch by Samuel Thibault (Bug #981668). Please tell me if this is enough to close this bug as well.
(If I understood correctly, you made a "manual upload", which I assume is allowed for non-release architectures. Hopefully nojava should work now, even if the upload is still manual). Thanks.
