Thats why I explicitly queried the server side list of supported codecs
via command line:

> xpra video encoders, from command line:

I can do a screenshot if you insist on that, but it'll tell you the
same, the server only supports h264, vp8, rgb24 and rgb32.

As the server wasn't even running when I was querying the supported
codecs, nothing to restart here.

If you'd actually have taken the time to check the package list I
provided, you'd noticed than "without dmo" means exactly "without using
any packages from deb-multimedia.org", as the package list shows. I'm
not stupid. I did check that this is in fact a problem with xpra, and
not with dmo. The server I am experiencing this has never seen a single
dmo package at all.

I can file another bug not mentioning dmo, if you insist on that, too.
