Package: xpra Version: 0.14.10+dfsg-1
Most of the video encodings for xpra are missing for me, with exception of x264 and vpx. This affects current jessie/sid versions (0.14.9+dfsg-1 / 0.14.10+dfsg-1) and also wheezy-backports (0.14.9+dfsg-1~bpo70+1). I first noticed this when upgrading my wheezy-backports based server to 0.14.9, as my default to png did not work any more. (I've been experiencing random server crashes on x264 since ever, but thats another bug.) Pulling in the remaining recommends and suggests doesn't help. xpra video encoders, from command line: > # xpra start --video-encoders=help > the following video encoders may be available: x264, vpx >From server log file: > 2014-11-01 15:54:02,429 using h264 as primary encoding, also available: vp8, > rgb24, rgb32 Dependencies on Jessie (with dmo): > Debian Release: jessie/sid > APT prefers testing > APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable') > Architecture: i386 (i686) > > Kernel: Linux 3.16-2-686-pae (SMP w/2 CPU cores) > Locale: LANG=de_DE.utf8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) > Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash > > Versions of packages xpra depends on: > ii libavcodec56 10:2.4.1-dmo1 > ii libavutil54 10:2.4.1-dmo1 > ii libc6 2.19-11 > ii libgtk2.0-0 2.24.24-1 > ii libswscale3 10:2.4.1-dmo1 > ii libvpx1 1.3.0-2.1 > ii libwebp5 0.4.1-1.2+b1 > ii libx11-6 2:1.6.2-3 > ii libx264-142 3:0.142.2479+gitdd79a61-dmo2 > ii libxcomposite1 1:0.4.4-1 > ii libxdamage1 1:1.1.4-2 > ii libxext6 2:1.3.2-1 > ii libxfixes3 1:5.0.1-2 > ii libxkbfile1 1:1.0.8-1 > ii libxrandr2 2:1.4.2-1 > ii libxtst6 2:1.2.2-1 > ii python 2.7.8-1 > ii python-gi-cairo 3.14.0-1 > ii python-gtk2 2.24.0-4 > ii x11-xserver-utils 7.7+3 > ii xserver-xorg-input-void 1:1.4.0-1+b4 > ii xserver-xorg-video-dummy 1:0.3.7-1+b3 > > Versions of packages xpra recommends: > ii openssh-client 1:6.6p1-7 > pn python-avahi <none> > pn python-gtkglext1 <none> > pn python-lz4 <none> > pn python-lzo <none> > pn python-netifaces <none> > ii python-pil 2.5.1-1 > ii ssh-askpass 1:1.2.4.1-9 > ii ssh-askpass-gnome [ssh-askpass] 1:6.6p1-7 > > Versions of packages xpra suggests: > ii gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad 0.10.23-7.3 > ii gstreamer0.10-plugins-good 0.10.31-3+nmu4 > ii gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly 0.10.19-2.1 > ii openssh-server 1:6.6p1-7 > ii pulseaudio 5.0-6 > ii pulseaudio-utils 5.0-6 > ii python-dbus 1.2.0-2+b3 > ii python-gst0.10 0.10.22-3 > pn python-pyopencl <none> Dependencies on wheezy-backports (without dmo): > Debian Release: 7.7 > APT prefers stable > APT policy: (990, 'stable'), (500, 'stable-updates') > Architecture: i386 (i686) > > Kernel: Linux 3.11-0.bpo.2-686-pae (SMP w/2 CPU cores) > Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) > Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash > > Versions of packages xpra depends on: > ii libavcodec55 6:10.1-1~bpo70+1 > ii libavutil53 6:10.1-1~bpo70+1 > ii libc6 2.13-38+deb7u6 > ii libgtk2.0-0 2.24.10-2 > ii libswscale2 6:10.1-1~bpo70+1 > ii libvpx1 1.1.0-1 > ii libx11-6 2:1.5.0-1+deb7u1 > ii libx264-123 2:0.123.2189+git35cf912-1 > ii libxcomposite1 1:0.4.3-2 > ii libxdamage1 1:1.1.3-2 > ii libxext6 2:1.3.1-2+deb7u1 > ii libxfixes3 1:5.0-4+deb7u1 > ii libxkbfile1 1:1.0.8-1 > ii libxrandr2 2:1.3.2-2+deb7u1 > ii libxtst6 2:1.2.1-1+deb7u1 > ii python 2.7.3-4+deb7u1 > ii python-gi-cairo 3.2.2-2 > ii python-gtk2 2.24.0-3+b1 > ii x11-xserver-utils 7.7~3 > ii xserver-xorg-input-void 1:1.4.0-1+b1 > ii xserver-xorg-video-dummy 1:0.3.5-2+b1 > > Versions of packages xpra recommends: > ii openssh-client 1:6.0p1-4+deb7u2 > pn python-avahi <none> > pn python-gtkglext1 <none> > pn python-lz4 <none> > pn python-lzo <none> > pn python-netifaces <none> > pn python-pil <none> > ii ssh-askpass 1:1.2.4.1-9 > > Versions of packages xpra suggests: > ii gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad 0.10.23-7.1+deb7u1 > ii gstreamer0.10-plugins-good 0.10.31-3+nmu1 > ii openssh-server 1:6.0p1-4+deb7u2 > pn pulseaudio <none> > pn pulseaudio-utils <none> > ii python-dbus 1.1.1-1 > pn python-gst0.10 <none> > pn python-pyopencl <none> -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
