Problem: Num of values for a multi valued column exceeds Integer.MAX_VALUE
and overflows resulting in RuntimeException during indexing.
Proposed Solution: Stop segment consumption if num of values for any multi
valued column crosses a defined threshold.
Instructions:
1. The PR has to be tagged with at least one of the following labels (*):

4. `ui`
5. `backward-incompat`
6. `release-notes` (**)
