`instanceof Iterable` is wider than "collection": Vert.x `JsonObject`
implements `Iterable<Map.Entry>` and `JsonArray` implements `Iterable<Object>`.
Before this PR they were sent as encoded JSON; now a `JsonObject` header
becomes one `key=value` line per entry. `instanceof Collection || instanceof
Object[]` would avoid that.
