I've filed CAMEL-25420 to track the YAML/XML parity gap: route-configuration `onCompletion` defined via YAML or XML bypasses the fluent `RouteConfigurationDefinition.onCompletion()\ method (they call `setOnCompletions()` directly), so the `routeConfiguration` back-reference and the conditional `routeScoped` logic don't apply to them. The configurationId-based dedup in `OnCompletionReifier` also doesn't fire for YAML/XML-defined route configurations.
