@gnodet friendly bump: we are cutting 4.23.0 this Friday, and it would be
great to get this fix in.
The open points from the review:
- with `routeScoped=true` the onCompletion of a named route configuration
fires once per opted-in route the exchange visits. The design is that it fires
**once per exchange**.
- `routeConfiguration("*")` is also a global configuration, but the `getId()
== null` check misses it.
- add a test for `mode: BeforeConsumer`, which the JIRA reproducer uses and
which goes through a different code path.
Do you think you can get to it before Friday? If not, we can move it to
4.24.0.
