irrelevant. such a patent is void as "trivial" as i stated before 
and can easily be declared void by any court *if* the attacker can afford 
the lawyers costs. small businesses cant. see the M$ ./. Alcatel "mediaplayer" 
case, lately. M$ fought the law and won ;)
