Gedare Bloom started a new discussion: https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/docs/rtems-docs/-/merge_requests/163#note_121156 I don't want to have significant differences between the documentation we see during development, and what is in the release. History tells me that the release gets less attention, and each place where they have differences is another point where I would expect to encounter documentation bit rot. We had a LOT of documentation churn at the `6` release, and it created a lot of extra review overhead and slowed down the release, and created more work for the release as well. Adding overhead to the release has to be weighed carefully against whatever benefits might accrue. -- View it on GitLab: https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/docs/rtems-docs/-/merge_requests/163#note_121156 You're receiving this email because of your account on gitlab.rtems.org.
