I can't find the problem you're talking about the formatting seems very 
consistent to me.  Also there isn't anything I can do about it since it's what 
`mdformat` wants to do.  I looked through that document and I can't see what 
you're saying that is broken.

I'll resolve this since I did look if you have another example please share
