Nothing I can do about this it's what `mdforamt` does.  It's the best parser 
out there that is the most literal to the MarkDown format I spent a lot of time 
trying to find one that works `mdformat` is by one of the myST developers.  It 
follows the CommonMark format https://commonmark.org/
