To this point with the RTEMS docs and others when that happens it's broken 
markup I had to fix quite a bit of that because it kept erroring out but not 
all of them were caught as those were cases where it broke.  In other cases it 
could render incorrectly so it's picking it up as a different kind of markup 
and indenting differently.

It could have also been an error in the conversion then the formatter 
reformatted it the best way to know if it's wrong is to look at the output to 
see if it's rendering the same.
