I'm Phroneris, a Japanese translator.

I've used some web services for localization management such as Weblate,
Transifex and Crowdin.
So I'm seeing this conference with interest.

The most interesting thing to me is:

Then, I don't think we can avoid sorting out what is already told from what
is new/updated information.
