Ok, somehow the plugins were registered several times in my cfg. Only for
the high pass and low pass filters, somehow the names get mixed up, while
it does not seem to be a problem for the other plugins. This is what it
looked like with my cfg:

After just deleting pluginregistry.cfg, it now looks like this. I didnt
change anything else.

So there seems to be some bug in getting or assigning the translation
correctly. As previously only my debug directory seemed to be translated
and after deleting the cfg file, the version in my release directory is.
