Hmm. Works for me. I see Hochpassfilter and Tiefpassfilter. I'll pass
that one on to Paul as he may have some ideas.
Maybe resetting (i.e. deleting) the three .cfg files, audacity.cfg,
pluginregostry.cfg and pluginsettings.cfg in
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\audacity before starting Audacity
will fix it and show us what he problem is.
Thank you for fixing these things so fast. I think its a great thing to
have Audacity translatable to nearly 100% with this version.

The Nyquist file hadn't marked it as a string for translation. I
fixed that and updated the audacity.pot file.
Hi James,
I fixed the French translation according to this latest string
addition into the pot/po files.
Please find it here: https://github.com/audacity/audacity/pull/300 .
The French translation of Audacity's GUI is then back to 100%.
All checked in to master now. Confirmed that I see the new translated
strings.
