The same for me: I haven't tried it lately ;-) I think a patch including Directed Pickup support in Queue was developped but it was not included yet in any branch, if I'm not mistaken. Reading AstriConDev notes, breaking Queue app into smaller parts is on Asterisk 12 menu.
