The call can't be picked up from queue, per se. It is pick-able when it rings the extension.

Slightly hacky solution which only works for ringall: Designate a phone to be in the queue but never get answered. When you are ready for a call early, do a directed pickup of that phone. Are you sure a call which entered into a queue can be directly picked up ?
