Service Requests - I created a very bland Service Request that I wanted to be the "Default Service Request" but it won't display there unless I check "Show unsupported requests" so my question is what makes a Service Request unsupported? I've gone through the online help and it doesn't even mention unsupported requests so no joy there. Also, if anybody knows what the "Content Locker" and "Marketplace" icons are for on the iPad, I'd really like to know.
