hi Fred, We had thought of the 'Copy and delete' option in DSO just was not sure how stable it is. Just don't want to see any data loss. Also this option will help us for future data deletes but what about say 4 years data that we would need to delete in bulk so that the production server will have current 13 months data only. What would you suggest for that?
