Correct, It shows incident ID. I think Status History table is always
related to Request/Entry ID.

Thanks,
Wirasat

I suspect it?s the difference between the Request ID (Entry ID) Vs. the
Incident_Number

It?s confusing because BMC decided to but INC on the front of the Incident
Number whereas in other modules they did not do that.

Hi All,

When we click Status history in the midtier, the details of the ticket are
shown correct but subject of the new window shows some ticket number ,ie
when you click status history of INC 0004 , status history window opens
and shows the correct info of INC 0004 but the header line of new window
in INC 0005678.
Thanks & Regards
Sam
