It should be on the HPD:HPD-OnRtnRequesterName+01_OA_Mod AL: On the window open action, under the Mode, Select On Close, that will show you which fields get populated from the open dialog box.

If I look someone up through Requester Login Name+, it brings them back into HPD:Helpdesk fine. However I can't find any differenence in the HPD:HPDOnRtnRequesterName ALs and the HPD:HPDOnRtnRequesterLoginName ALs. Any help you all could give would be great!
