Great response, will read up on this. However the issue is not the opensource software included inside the released application (via cots). The issue from what I understand is the Eclipse, it is not allowed because it is opensource software. So it Remedy Packaged it into their software and certified that this version of Eclipse in our COTS application is ok, safe.. Then it is ok. But I will look into this a little more.. thanks...
