If you use the ARFPlugin, version 7, you have the possibilty to log
informations by log4J.
You can use the Logger class, for example, logger.warn, logger.info etc !
Why do you not user this logger information to get more details for your
problem ?
You can track there ARExceptions.

Hope it helps !

Tristan

Betreff: Help please - ARPlugin crashes on WebService call

**
Hi again Joe,

I added the Server-Plugin-Default-Timeout to 120 secs and
Plugin-Filter-API-Threads: 2 6

Only change is in the error message. From the arplugin server crashing to
this new one.

ARERR [9130] An exception occurred from the WebService class : ; nested
exception is:
        java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

Any clue?

Thanks for your help!
