Hi Kathy,

You don't really need the development server to create a Crystal Report.
Are you looking to add the Crystal report to a report form in Remedy?
Another option would be to use the production server, certainly not an ideal
situation.  Give your manager the option of how they want you to execute
your work.  Sounds like a little power hoarding going on.
