A lot of these questions are good, but I'm wondering if they are the
right ones given the current climate of BMC and the direction Remedy is
going in. For example, asking someone development questions, such as
filter phasing, assumes that they are going to be a Remedy Developer.
If I were hiring right now, I would prefer to hire someone with
experience handling ITSM 7. So my questions would be more along the
lines of, "A user requests that you add a new approval phase on Change
Management. Describe the process of doing this." They should discuss
how to decide whether or not the request is going to break Change
Management, what forms to use, etc.
