1) Set up a free web site for your app (blog, sourceforge, whatever) 2) Publish your app on one of the free markets (SlideME, for example) (or simply provide your APK as a download on the free site) 3) Point the users of your app to your web site 4) On the web site or market page, ask your users to give feedback on your app
