Yeah, no kidding, especially when the worlwide quake data is already online at the USGS site as both a list and as maps.... :-) http://earthquake.usgs.gov/ Who needs an app when you have the USGS site? Don't want to pull up a web browser? How 'bout an RSS feed, then? You could even run an RSS to e-mail app at home, and have it e-mail you on the 'Droid when a new release comes in, either with all of the data OR just a note saying there's data to be checked out..... Now, a FREE app that monitors the RSS feed and displays the data in as close to real time as the USGS site gets could be nice, but I doubt anyone would pay for what they can get with a browser or via RSS.
