So theres no mail component like sendmail
Spf is a dns entry, i use rhem for relays alot
Open relays are great with ACLs, removes the authentiaction failure without
notification point of failure

Short answer to your question is no..

Long answer..... MT has a small mail sender "client" portion of software,
i.e. similar to the mail sender client that is on your desktop computer
The functionality you are asking for is a Mail Server (Receiver) side
functionality. The SPF is not a sender side control.. but a receiver side
validation of an authorized sender.
SFP record vs going to spam, are two different functions, not related, but
used together to control spam.

if you setup the MT to send mail to the end mail server (i.e. the mail
server that has the email mail box on it) then YOU DON"T NEED
Authentication credentials.
(Auth credentials are only needed for mail relay... not receiving mail)

open mail relays are a bad thing..... (unless you have them firewall
protected by IP address range, then the risk is reduced ).

I guess that wasnt all that clear, is mikrotik capable of acting as a mail
facility, like sendmail, the spf record allows its public facing ip to send
on behalf of the domain without going to spam. Im never a fan of
credentialling in devices when i can avoid it because a credential change
inevitably results in stranded alerts. Inside our active directory domains
i always set up an open smtp relay with an acl to avoid credentials on
devices that do mail alerts or printers that email
