After disclosing a disability, web check-in is often not permitted. This removes seat choice and forces unnecessary dependency at the airport. (Even travel insurance gets denied without explanation)

In multiple instances, two visually impaired passengers are not allowed to sit together, even when they are comfortable managing independently. This creates avoidable anxiety and reflects incorrect assumptions about capability.

Assistance services show significant delays, especially for international travel. Passengers are often left waiting without clear timelines or coordination.

At Delhi airport immigration, there have been instances of dismissive or insensitive communication, with little effort to provide clear guidance.

During security checks, instructions are not consistently adapted, leading to confusion and discomfort.

Overall, the experience is inconsistent and depends heavily on individual staff behaviour rather than a standardized, accessible system.
