Hi Pranav,

Thanks for the suggestion, but I've already tried the iOS Screen Recognition
feature – and honestly, it's just a temporary workaround, not a real solution.
The crux of the issue is that true accessibility needs to come from the app
developers themselves! I've been using Namma Yatri, which was super accessible
at launch – rumor has it they even collaborated with Enable India to get it
right. Sadly, with each update, new accessibility barriers crept in due to
layout and screen changes. The big problem is there's seemingly no long-term
commitment from these developers to maintain accessibility. It's like they tick
the compliance boxes initially because it's trendy, but soon after, they
totally ditch their promises. We really need developers to prioritize and
sustain accessibility – it's crucial for inclusivity! Hope we can push for more
accountability in this space.

Sincerely,

Subject: RE: [AI] Rapido App Accessibility Issues

Hi,

I have not used the app but try the screen recognition feature of IOS if you
have not done so already.

Pranav
