Great! As you noticed, I have my own package, partly work I've done myself, 
and partly done by Openlink, and there is a debian/ directory in the 
distribution. However, this package isn't very good, its just one package 
with everything, and everything is in /var/lib/virtuoso, so it needs a lot 
more work by someone who know Debian policy well.

Actually, I don't have that much knowledge of Virtuoso files in general, and 
not of Debian policy either, so I wouldn't know too much about this.

I think I would have created a /etc/virtuoso/ directory, just in case more 
setup files will come up.
