Hello

As ActiveSync broke for that user, you should reset it on the SOGo side
for that user.
Check for syntax with:
/usr/sbin/sogo-tool manage-eas

When doing so, the MS Outlook client has to be shut down.
Then use "listdevices" and "resetdevice".
Afterwards start MS Outlook again.
