The messages indicate that ECC corrected errors in your RAM-Chips. If you disable ecc-checking, these errors are still there, but uncorrected. Generally this could be caused by faulty hardware. Try running memtest86 with ECC-disabled and let us know, what it reports. Thank you for your cooperation.
