Thanks Jim. So are you saying you think the issue wasn't the Partial Upgrade, but instead a personal issue with fstab entries, and that this bug is no longer Valid (in other words, I can close it)? Or do you believe there is some issue? For the record I restarted just fine after the Partial Upgrade.
