You are correct, I don't see any change of package name, which would
seem to confirm you did file against `calamares`; so i was likely
mistaken, I'm sorry.
To add the extra detail (ie. populate fields currently empty), you can
run
apport-collect 2122081
on the same system, alas that may not longer be possible.
If there is a problem though; I fear it'll get limited attention, as
whilst `calamares` has been used by at least 1 flavor since 18.10 (4
flavors have used it), there is a plan for it to be dropped from
official ISOs (thus maybe why this error exists; dropped already from
apport code which runs the ubuntu-bug). The `calamares` installer maybe
last used with the upcoming 25.10 ISOs (three flavors including
Kubuntu).
To fix this would require code be re-added to apport, knowing it'll be
removed later this year anyway (it was suggested flavors drop calamares
for 25.10 months ago, which hasn't been done).
