I'm sorry you had all these annoying issues upgrading, very frustrating
when you had stuff working, but please checkout the upstream resources
on resolving underruns in
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/pipewire/pipewire/-/wikis/Troubleshooting.
Any issues configuring Pipewire is better asked upstream.
23.04 is also now end-of-life, you may try upgrading and hopefully have
a smoother ride.
