Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.
It's not clear what application you were trying to run. Could you please
try running the java application by adding -Djdk.gtk.version=2 to the
java command line and report back if that helps?
This seems to be related to bug #1770278. That reports includes a couple
screenshots, could you please take a look and report back if it is
similar to what you are seeing?
