Experiment: stock 12.04 as show just above (not rc4). 100% seti running on both cores. No problem with Touro other than the 'it remounts itself' behavior. Multiple 'safely remove' actions. Booted in current standard generic-pae, I used synaptic to remove all 4 deb rc4 packages Ming Lei asked me to try.
