I finally succeded... :) Kernel 3.2.0-26 is installed and acts EXACTLY as -25: system hangs and caps lock key starts flashing.
But... at least I can provide more info! I made the mistake to try to boot -25 and... I could see the crash log. I have a picture of it. Is someone interested? I can see trace from the Kernel panic - not syncing VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown block 0,0 line down to kernel thread helper +0x6/0x10.
