I am the Debian maintainer of Scribus and related packages. I've uploaded a 1.3.3.8+1.3.3.9cvs "scsribus" package into Debian/Unstable few days ago, so Ubuntu people can pull the Debian package now to get 1.3.3.x "scribus". For your infomration I'm going to switch scribus-ng in Debian to the developmental 1.3.4+ code branch very soon, so "scribus" will track the current stable1.3.3.x branch and scribus-ng the future code as supposed. This was delayed because I was waiting for the Etch release, which just happened. Anyway, Scribus 1.2.x is now officially dead in Debian+, long live scribus 1.3.x+ :)
Contact me if you have questions, Cheers, Alex. P.S. I have dapper, edgy, and feisty scribus and scribus-ng packages in Scribus Team's upstream repositories. see http://debian.scribus.net for more details. For instance, I've scribus_1.3.3.8.dfsg+cvs20070409-1_i386.deb in our Edgy main/i386 archive at the moment. -- update scribus to 1.3.3.x (now at scribus-ng) because no more bug fixes to 1.2.x https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/75994 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
