Scribus-ng in Feisty is 1.3.3.8.dfsg-1ubuntu1 (scribus-ng). Sorry Jan, it must have been that package I looked at. Sure enough the stable package in Feisty is still 1.2.5. Too late to change that now. Basically if you want the latest Scribus package available in Feisty, install the scribus-ng package.
