warmcat, Did your x-loader changes fix the above issue conclusively. However, in this case, it would crash in x-loader and it wouldn't go beyond that. But from the comments above it looks like the crash is happening when kernel is booting? Please let me know if my understanding is wrong. BTW, I tried booting on my 8-layer Panda with 20110207 hw pack and 20110206 headless images.
