Actually, the workaround that works for me is BOTH remove .pulse folder AND use the PULSE_NO_SIMD=1 variable. This way, problem doesn't come back and the high pitch seems really disappear.
I also found helpful a workaround to ignore dB in volume control, so when volume goes over 100% (absolutely crazy...) sound doesn't get distorted anymore.
