The link to your evince screenshot does not work. You can generally attach image files directly to Launchpad bug comments, you do not need to use any third-party service to host images or other files. Especially then the images keep conserved for the future as on Launchpad there is no space limit, whereas at third-party services there usually is one.
Could you run the command lpstat -H and post the output here? Can you print from LibreOffice, Okular (KDE's document viewer), Firefox, Chromium, or just from the command line with "lp"?
