What image is this not working on, exactly? As far as ubuntuone-
credentials is concerned, this is likely due to the transition to
langpacks.

Bug description:
Although ubuntuone-credentials has translations available, the form is
displayed untranslated.
Test case.
- Switch Ubuntu Touch to Spanish.
- Open System Settings > Accounts.
- Click to add an Ubuntu One account.
Expected result.
- Ubuntu One credential screen must appear translated.
Actual result.
- Ubuntu One account form is displayed in English.
